Workfront Breakdown Details

Figure 3: Workfront Breakdown Details

Like the Workfront Score Breakdown Items, the Breakdown Details for all Workfront integrations will have the same metrics. The metrics for Workfront integrations will be:

  • Total Tasks - This metric represents the total number of tasks that the scored party was responsible for during the scoring period.
  • New - This is the number of tasks that have a new status at the end of the scoring period.
  • In Progress - This is the number of tasks that are still in progress at the end of the scoring period.
  • Complete Pending Issues - This is the number of tasks that have a complete pending issue status at the end of the scoring period.
  • Other - This is the number of tasks that are in an other status at the end of the scoring period.
  • Complete Pending Approvals - This is the number of tasks that are in a complete pending approvals status at the end of the scoring period.
  • Complete - This is the number of tasks that were completed during the scoring period.

The summary metric at the bottom of Workfront Breakdown Details is the remaining tasks count. This is calculated by subtracting the number of Complete and Complete Pending Approval tasks in the two bottom rows from the total tasks in the top row. In Figure 3, the remaining tasks for the scoring period is four calculated by 18 - 8 - 5.
